  I've never seen a less caring group of individuals than the staff at this office. Their lack of empathy for patients disgusts me. They all seem to hate their jobs. Getting an appointment here during an emergency injury is not possible because the doctors are often booked as far out as they will allow appointments, and no accommodations can be made for emergencies in any event. The staff has trouble reliably processing requests for prescription refills and other mundane tasks. The phone and fax numbers are constantly busy, and even when you do get through, you can only leave messages and wait for a call back (better hope you're not working and can take the call). The staff also has problems reliably billing insurance companies, resulting in wild bill discrepancies which take weeks of phone calls to straighten out due to their errors. This office should have new management and some new administrative staff, and the people who work there now should be ashamed of themselves for the way they provide patient care and the attitude with which they treat patients.
