- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor I see is great, but I have been waiting on a pre auth for my prescription for a full month. After numerous calls btwn the dr office and insurance company to check the status, it was finally sent thru and approved, only for me to discover that the dosage on the pre auth didn’t match the one on my prescription, so now the process has to start over. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would not recommend this place. I took my first two kids to this practice in 2014 based off a recommendation that the doctor was pro-choice for vaccines. I stopped taking them NOT because of the doctor I saw who was actually wonderful but the staff was rude. Then fast forward to 2017 I decided I really liked the doctor and thought I would give them another chance. I didn't even take my daughter in because the phone conversation alone just reconfirmed why I took my older kids out. The staff is unbelievably rude. Even when you are compliant to everything they need and smile. I'm just so done with this place. Please hire a nicer staff!February 21, 2017by Bella Finklestein
